(3 reviews)Meet Peggy! Born, raised, and educated in Murfreesboro, Peggy has served the Murfreesboro and Rutherford County real estate market for more than 38 years. Peggy graduated from David Lipscomb University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and from MTSU with a Master's degree in Education. Peggy began her career as an educator, teaching math at the public school level for eight years. After the birth of her first child, she began her real estate career with Bob Parks Realty as the first female real estate agent. Her real estate education includes a GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist. Peggy has served in all levels of the local and state associations. She is the former Realtor of the Year in 1984 and first female President of MTAR - Middle TN Association of Realtors in 1986. Peggy specializes in resale homes, new construction, and condominium sales. In her spare time, she is an active member of the North Boulevard Church of Christ.
